Exchange & Return Process
Myraya Fashion offers a hassle-free Exchange & Return Policy allowing you to make a request within 10 days of the product(s) delivery date. Visit www.myrayafashion.com and log in to your user account. Submit an exchange and/or return request from the "My Orders" section.
If self-shipping is required, kindly include the order number on the package and courier the product to the nearest Manyavar Mohey store in your country. We'll assist you throughout this process.
For self-shipped returns, we reimburse shipping costs up to USD 20 per order. To claim this, provide a scanned copy of the courier bill/receipt meeting specific conditions to care@myrayafashion.com. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process the Exchange and/or Return request.

Cancellation and Refund
We strive to maintain stock for every displayed item, but if an item becomes unavailable post-purchase, we'll promptly inform you within two (2) working days. You can substitute with the same or higher-priced product or cancel the order for a refund.
You can cancel your online order before shipment, with the entire amount refunded. Refunds are applicable for genuine sizing issues, genuine quality issues, lost packages in transit, or wrong item shipments. Refunds are processed within 10–15 days* to the original payment source.
*Note: Actual account credit timing depends on external agencies like banks and payment gateways.
Local Taxes
Customers are responsible for VAT, customs duty, local taxes, or import duties as per local laws. These charges must be paid directly to the courier partner upon delivery, and we will not refund such charges.
Product Disclaimer
Embroidery and Color: Due to fabric nature, we cannot guarantee garment embroidery or color bleeding.
Sizing: Review our sizing guide for the best fit, as the cut, fabric, and style influence the fit.
Color Display: The colors on the website may differ due to monitor settings, visual display color, image resolution, or photography lighting.
Wash Care: Follow the washing instructions on the product tag to avoid damage.
